Paleo Banana Pancakes

When I found out I was expecting C, I started paying closer attention to the foods that I was consuming. Like every Mother, I wanted to make sure that everything I ate was healthy and nutritiuos enough for my child to eat.

These super easy, Paleo Banana Pancakes are a hit in our household and guess what, this recipe calls for only 2 ingredients!

Serving size: 3-4 medium sized pancakes

Ingredients:

- 1 Banana

- 2 Eggs

Directions:

Mash all ingredients together until a smooth consistency & pour into pan like you would regular pancakes! Add toppings as desired although they are already pretty sweet due to the bananas! Enjoy!
