French Toast
I love french toast, pancakes and every breakfast food there is. It's my favourite meal of the day and if I could, wait, I actually have; I would eat breakfast food for lunch and dinner too.
I was craving french toast one morning and decided to scour Pinterest for an easy French Toast recipe and voila, I found this!
Serving Size: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract* (this is to taste and totally optional)
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Organic Milk
- 4 Slices of Bread (I used whole wheat bread)
Directions:
Beat the egg, vanilla and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Stir in milk. Dip your break in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly. Cook the bread slices on lightly greased nonstick pan on medium heat until browned on both sides. Serve with you topping of choice! For our french toast, I added a bit of powdered sugar for the grown ups and a coat of strawberry jam for C. Enjoy!
