Oatmeal Banana Cookies
My Son is a big snacker (he takes after his Dad!) and because of this, our kitchen is filled with different varieties of fruit. I'm thrilled that C would take an apple over chocolate any day but I wanted to diversify his snacking options so I made these oatmeal banana cookies!
Ingredients:
- 2 - 3 Ripe Bananas
- 1.5 to 2 Cups Oatmeal
Directions:
Mash and mix all ingredients together until fully coated with the consistency of cookie dough. Spoon whatever sized cookies you want (they dont increase/decrease in size in the oven!) and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Add toppings as desired. For this particular batch, I had pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries in the house. Enjoy!
