Rae Dunn, SO FUN!

When a girlfriend of mine started collecting Rae Dunn mugs and posting her hauls on Instagram, I couldn't help but to gush over her treasures. Typography, black and white ALWAYS have a special place in my heart. She recommended that I start my own and at that moment, I told myself I would find a few mugs and a spoon rest. Little did I know that list would grow and grow over the next few weeks. Silly me to think that I would only buy a few right?

Look how beautiful her work is? Rae Dunn is an artist. According to my girlfriend, the collection I like is called LL, Large Letters.

The Rae Dunn community is no joke. I admit, I am not as invested and "on the hunt" all the time but I have read numerous blogs and Instagram posts at how crazy dedicated some collectors get. These range from $7 to $25 a piece and I've seen some being sold for almost $500! Yeah, it's that crazy!
