We were so excited to be #gifted Simply Earth's May Edition Box! I am big on essential oils and often have something diffusing in the background daily. After some thorough research, I found the courage to create my own blends, all thanks to Simply Earth and their no-nonsense methods! Each box comes with essential oils that you can use on their own or mix to create your own blend and recipe cards that reflect the theme of that month. For the month of May, the box is dedicated to our furry pals!

Our Essential Oil Recipe Box came with 4 essential oils:
Peace & Quiet - This blend is formulated to ease anxiety. It creates a calming and soothing atmosphere. Tip: Diffuse during thunder storms or when you need to leave the house. It reduces your furry friends anxiety!
Ginger Root - This blend helps sooth nausea and creates a calming and warming sensation. It is a natural pain reliever and a natural deodarizer.
Juniper Berry - This fights oily skin, eases pain and is great at repelling insects.
Citronella - This is another great insect repellant! It is a calming and soothing scent. Tip: Citronella has the ability to reduce dog barking.
The package also came with a 1 oz container, a spray bottle and 2 lip balm containers.
For those of us who do not have pets (me!), these blends will be used regardless. I can imagine diffusing Peace & Quiet, for just that! I will be diffusing this blend during some mommy-time aka snuggled up, with a good book and some tea. I'll be using Ginger for after-yoga relaxation and for when my muscles aren't agreeing with me. Juniper Berry and Citronella will be used as insect repellants for when we're out at the park or having breakfast on our patio.
It also came along with 6 different recipes, all formulated for our furry friends! There are sticker labels for each recipe and an adorable blue or red bandana for your pet to wear.
